What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

The PARTICIPANT explicitly acknowledges that the participation to this event which includes a so-called City Ride Out, being a guided motorized tour, completely occurs on their own responsibility and releases the ORGANIZER from any responsibility.


PARTICIPANT releases and holds harmless the ORGANIZER from claims and demands, rights and causes of action which he now have or later may have against the ORGANIZER in any way resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with the EVENT, and my participation in any said EVENT.


The PARTICIPANT acknowledges that he has been informed by ORGANIZER that the so-called City Ride Out will be driven on the public road and so ORGANIZER has not taken any responsibility for safety measures during the duration of the ride-out.


ORGANIZER only takes care of the planning and guiding of the Ride-out.

The PARTICIPANT will guarantee his or her own safety during this Ride, the course of it and explicitly acknowledges abiding by the normal safety regulations and the traffic regulations.


The PARTICIPANT explicitly acknowledges that in case of a possible accident the PARTICIPANT will not place any claim with respect to ORGANIZER, its directors or anyone who would be taken for organizer of the event.


The security of the properties is not guaranteed by the ORGANIZER as the owner is fully responsible of his properties during the event.


The PARTICIPANT explicitly acknowledges renouncing any claim and having taken the necessary measures to safeguard ORGANIZER against any dispute that would be brought before a court against ORGANIZER and would find a cause in the participation to the above mentioned City Ride Out, including herein the costs for the defence and payment of possible damages.


PARTICIPANT agrees that by undersigning this Agreement that the ORGANIZER may take photographs or film the PARTICIPANT and their bikes at the event and renounce of all their portrait right of any other related rights as well as that that the pictures and movies can be used by ORGANIZER for every purpose, commercial and non-commercial and that PARTICIPANT will have no right of any compensation whatsoever.


The nullity of one of these stipulations will not affect the validity of the other stipulations, nor the validity of the whole agreement.
